3. Docket No. 05110033 ADLS Amend: Meridian North Medical- Signage
The applicant seeks approval for a new sign package.
The site is located at 13590 - B North Meridian St and is zoned B-5.
Filed by Adam DeHart for Keeler-Webb Associates.
The applicant wishes to install a new wall sign. As proposed staff does not support this sign.
The building elevation on which the sign is proposed was not designed to contain signage. The
addition of signage on this elevation looks cluttered and unbalanced. Staff recommends adhering
to the governing signage plan for this site.
The petitioner must present the following details at/prior to the meeting:
1. Clarification on what signage is being proposed/changed. A detail for one sign has
been provided, but the cover letter mentions two new signs, as well as changes to the
directory sign.
2. Details on any language changes being requested for the governing signage plan.
3. Details and images of existing signage at this site.
The Department recommends the Subdivision Committee deny this request as proposed.
Note: The item only requires action by committee.
