Assets that can be observed by one or more of the Phy~)';;l~ses. (2) "~d Ass ." Tangible assets ofa durable nature employed in the . ~rating ctivities of the City that are relatively permanent. These are expenditures resulting in the acquisition of or addition to the City's general Fixed Assets. (4) "Capitalized Assets." Capitalization is the type and dollar level of the assets acquired by or donated to the City that are recorded on the balance sheet of the City, This is independ.ent from what character of the budget an expenditure is made, /J
