Note: The basement elevation, depleted hereon, has been
determined and based upon the pod grades and/or contours token
from the construction plans for this subdivision. Unless stated, no
information about fluctuating water tables. soU conditions, or soU
t)pes has been provided or stated on said plans. It is recommended
that the basement finished floor elevations be at least two feet (2')
above the normal pool elevation of any adpining bodies of water,
unless a study of facts reveals otherwise. If during the excavation
process any ground water is witnessed, The Schneider Corporation
should be notified immediately. The basement elevation should be
raised two feet (2') above the ground water, and additional
construction techniques should be incorporated tlLaUeviate ,future
problems.
