The public has been notified of the intent to obtain stormwater construction permit
coverage for land-disturbing activities utilizing one of the three options outlined in
Section 3.7 (a) of the CSGP.
A notice will be posted on the project site prior to land disturbance as required by
Section 3.3 (a)(13) of the CSGP
