Have you received consent to encroach from the Hamilton County Surveyors Office? Responded by: Steve Campbell - 3/16/22 12:17 PM I met with Alex Jordan this morning and we discussed the encroachment of the deck in the drainage easement. Based on our conversation the decision was made to reset the post back towards the house by 2’ to the original location. The deck with have a cantilever of 2’ or 14’ out from the house.
