Entriprises asking that, per their
previous request to our office last
week, we put a stop on this permit; and
that they are no longer working with
this project. SNL then spoke with Jim
Blanchard and Jim Ochs. SNL then
contacted homeowner Steve McPherson, per
Blanchard's instructions, and discussed
with him what the status of the
situation was. Mr. McPherson stated
that he would be bringing in a signed
affidavit soon, which would remove
Baker Enterprises as the Builder of
Record. SNL informed him that until
he did this, Baker would still be
considered Builder of Record. SNL then
told Mr. McPherson that she was going to
contact Baker Enterprises, and let them
know that he (McPherson) had told us
