As proposed, Stafford Lane will consist of 51 home sites (shown Tab C). The average price of homes in the community is expected to be over $480,000. Single-story homes will include at least 2300 square feet on the ground floor level. Multi-story homes will include an overall square footage of at least 3200 square feet. Exterior building materials will include four-sided first floor brick wrap and cement fiber siding. Sample home elevations of some of the Drees models expected to be built in Stafford Lane are included at Tab D. If approved, Drees anticipates beginning development work later this year.
