'lbe Code requires "adequate" bracing. My inspection revealed that the walls in place are square, straight, and plumb; without discernible cracks. The walls in tbis basement have munerous corners that act as buttresses or integral braces to stiffen the wall<;. The front wall has an attached porch foundalion to act as a stiffener. Another waU has two concrete window wells that provide stiffness, The longest straightwaH is 'between two'crawl -spaces. It 'shaws no evidence of any problems, In my opinion, the basement walls on Lot 836 sutt<~red no damage from the backfilling oper.a1ion and are -sound. ..'''''''. ....:;i) o.
