Additional fee process and late fees
were discussed.
This building is shell only, but will
have some level of white box finishing.
HOWEVER, builder states that each tenant
will be/should be coming in to get a
tenant finish permit.
This pennit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.
