Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T March 29, 2022 Kara DeLong KD Landscaping, Inc. 17377 Little Eagle Creek Ave Westfield, IN 46074 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2022-00028 V: Bernie Deck Setback Variance Dear Ms. DeLong: At the meeting held on Monday, March 28, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 14458 Smickle Lane: APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2022-00028 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Minimum 20-ft side/rear setback required, 16.5-ft granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 28, 2025. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
