Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T March 29, 2022 Bill Pulliam Pulliam-Scott Construction Inc. 5817 W. 74th Street Indianapolis, IN 46278 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2022-00031 V: Garcia Residence Lot Cover Variance Dear Mr. Pulliam: At the meeting held on Monday, March 28, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 843 Auman Drive W.: APPROVED with Condition: Docket No. PZ-2022-00031 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Maximum 35% lot cover allowed, 45% granted, with the Condition the Petitioner will pay into the Carmel Engineering Stormwater Fund and address any remaining Engineering Dept. comments/requirements. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 28, 2025. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
