Hollibaugh, Director L E T T E R of G R A N T March 29, 2022 Don Miller A Sign By Design PO Box 691 Zionsville, IN 46077 Re: BZA Docket No. PZ-2022-00026 V: Four Corners Framing Sign Variance Dear Mr. Miller: At the meeting held on Monday, March 28, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 4520 Northwestern Drive (in Park Northwestern Subdivision, part Lot 2): APPROVED: Docket No. PZ-2022-00026 V, Development Standards Variance approval for: Signs facing street frontage (south) allowed; Signs facing east granted. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 28, 2025. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
