Will the irrigatign system be included with this construction for just this facility or will the system be included with the overall site irrigation system? 10. LOT #3/LONGHORN STEAK HOUSE 11. Water and Sanitary Sewer Connection Fees We do not see the seating capacity of this restaurant indicated on the plans. I read about this project in the Carmel Topics, but we have never seen plans and have never been contacted by the developer about sewer service requirements for the project. Please have the developer send us plans or contact us. Building permits should NOT be issued without the District's connection permit.
