At the meeting held November 6, 2001, the CarmeVClay Plan Commission Special Studies Committee took the
following action regarding the Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping & Signage petition filed for property located
sat 2355 East 116th Street .
APPROVED: Docket No. 41-01b ADLS, a petition to amend a ground sign approved under 41-01 ADLS. The Plan
Commission Special Studies Committee voted :five (5) in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby granting the petition as
presented.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
