The proposed construction grades depicted hereon are based upon 1\1 ________

soil types or conditions within the building area of said lot, has been provided
or referenced on said plans. With the construction of a basement, it is
recommended that the lowest floor elevation be constructed at least two (2)
feet above any adjoining bodies of water unless a study of facts reveals
