I think they gave you approval to install letters without the raceway but it sounds like we will need an additional letter approving this because its against the park sign standards package. I can work on everything you have listed but classic worked out permission not to have their sign installed on a raceway and the landlord and building ownership approved this. Can you please let me know what we need to to to get this approved without a raceway? do you need an additional owner letter? please let me know and i will work on the rest of the list you have mentioned.
