One & Two Meridian Park Place Sign Specifications
Propose to remove 3 existing ground signs and Install 2 new double face, internally
illuminated ground signs. The new signs will match the size and style as the old ones.
The main variations are in the color and slight change in copy. The specifications are:
. Signs will be 4' by 8' overall dimensions
. Faces are 3' by 8'
. Aluminum skirt/base is 12" tall.
· Sign cabinets will be painted dark bronze.
. The sign faces will be plastic painted dark bronze.
. The background area of the faces will be opaque; only copy is translucent.
. Copy is ivory in color.
. Signs are internally illuminated with fluorescent lamps.
Note: Sign at Two Meridian Park Place was damaged by automobile. The damage is
beyond repair and needs to be replaced. Crimmins' & Company is taking this
opportunity to update signage. The modifications are modest with main change being the
sign color. Our understanding is that Lauth originally developed the property and wanted
to signs to be green. Apparently, that was their corporate color and they were doing
using that on signage when possible. Crimmins' & Company does not share the same
affinity for green and wants to tie into the building a little more. One and Two Meridian
Park Place buildings utilize a dark brick and dark bronze window framing. The proposed
sign colors will compliment the architecture of the existing brick buildings.
