Due to the untimeliness of the notice related to this matter, neither myself nor our attorney Joe Scimia can attend your subdivision committee meeting on Tuesday, January 3rd. We object to this amendment for all the reasons stated for the record in the December 20th Plan Commission meeting by our representative Joe Scimia. For those reasons and many others we are hopeful that your committee will table this matter until the next subdivision hearing in February.
