25.07 and Appendix A.
Filed by the Carmel Department of Community Services.
Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This Item will not be on an agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
2. Published Public Notice will occur no later than Friday, December 9. Published notice is required within
the Indianapolis Star.
3. Proof of Notice will need to be received by this Department no later than Noon, Friday, December 16.
Failure to submit Proof of Notice by this time will result in the tabling of the petition.
4. The Fifteen (15) Informational Packets will be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona
Hancock no later than NOON, Friday, December 9.
5. The Item will appear on the December 20 agenda of the Plan Commission under (Public Hearings).
6. The Item will also appear on the January 3,2006 agenda of the Plan Commission Subdivision
Committee.

Dear Carmel Plan Commission $ubdivision Committee:
On behalf of Browning Investments and HP Products, owners of real
estate on Michigan Road, I am writing this letter in objection to the proposed
amendment to the Michigan 421 overlay zone ordinance. Due to the
untimeliness of the notice related to this matter, neither myself nor our attorney
Joe Scimia can attend your subdivision committee meeting on Tuesday, January
3rd.
We object to this amendment for all the reasons stated for the record in
the December 20th Plan Commission meeting by our representative Joe Scimia.
For those reasons and many others we are hopeful that your committee will table
this matter until the next subdivision hearing in February. Murray Clark, of Baker
and Daniels, will be attending your January 3rd meeting in our absence. However
we believe a continuance is appropriate at this time.
