The following specific actions have been taken: 1. We have made application with the Board of Public Works and Safety for driveway Approval and should be heard at the June 20th Meeting. 2. All sheets have been revised to indicate the frontage street is "Keystone Way East". 3. Sheet C3 - Grading and Drainage Plan now shows the 15" Storm Sewer running along the west side of Keystone Way East. This location is as depicted on "As Built" plans on file in your office and is verified by field inspection. 4. The storm inlet is a drywell stucture with a perforated pipe stub of undetermined length to the west. Since no work is planned for the northern drive, no action is intended for this structure. 5. No easement of record was uncovered for joint access during the Title Work phase of the project and Donatos is presently in process of preparing an access easement with MCL. As soon as it is ready we will be forwarding a copy to you. 6. A utility plan has been prepared (Sheet C-S) and is a part of this set of plans. Is Water and Sewer reviewed thru your department or am I to submit directly to them? 7. The Donatos building will occupy 2771 sft and seats 88. The Noble Romans building is 2996 sft. I do not know the seating of the Noble Romans but assume it is comparable to the proposed Donatos. :" u u 8. Let us know about whether or not additional sewer availability is required. 9. Upon successful completion of all reviews and public hearing regarding this project, our contractor will apply for the appropriate permits and provide any required bonds. 10. The right of way lines are shown on both the survey and on the Site Plan (Sheet C1). It is labeled as -54' Public Roadway per Misc. Book 159, Page 493-. I . 11. A Utility Plan (Sheet C5) is included in this plan set and addres~s water and sewer service routings and hook-ups. The existing evergreen trees along the south and west sides are to be maintained and protected during construction. 5. A 6' high Board on Board fence has been added along the west perimeter for additional buffering. 6. Of the 8 trees to be planted, 4 will be sugar maples and 4 will be purple leaf plums.
