Mr. Gould,
In Sept. of 2005 the state the requirement that foundations were necessary for accessory buildings was increased
relaxed.
The new requirement is that you DO NOT need a foundation if the accessory structure is
=< 200 square feet.
I have approved your permit for the zoning and building and you will be notified bye-mail
when the permit is ready for payment and release.

Ct. I had contacted you in Jun 05 regarding this. I believe this was forwarded to the bldg commissioner (Jeff Kendall) As
of this date, I had not heard anything and wanted to follow up with you.
