APPROVED: Docket 04080028 DP/ADLS. The Commission approved the request nine (9) in favor zero (0) opposed thereby granting the petition subject to conditions and commitments as submitted. . The suite numbers will need to run left to right as you face the front of the building. Please be sure there is sufficient signage along Michigan Road to signify the location of the Marketplace Center. Please keep this letter as proof of the addresses assigned, you will need to show it when applying fOf permits with the City of Carmel.
