At the meeting held September 21, 2004 the Plan' Commission took the following action regarding the Development
Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting and signage (DP/ADLS) approval for the property located northeast of 99"
Street and Michigan Road.
APPROVED: Docket 04080028 DP/ADLS. The Commission approved the request nine (9) in favor zero (0) opposed
thereby granting the petition subject to conditions and commitments as submitted.

regarding the improvements contained within this approval.

At the meeting held March 31, 2005 the Special Studies Committee took the follOwing action regarding the
Architectural Design, Lighting, and Sipge Amendment (ADLS Amend) approvals for the property located at the 9901
North Michigan Road.
APPROVED: Docket 05030018 ADLS Amend. The Committee approvcd the request ~ee (3) in favor zero (0)
opposed thereby granting the petition with the following conditions:
1. Minor changes to the faQades maybe approved by Staff.
2. Rolocating tenant facades may b. approved by Staff.

Design, Lighting, and Signage Amendment (ADLS Amend) approval for the property located at West Carmel
Marketplace, 990 I Michigan Road.
APPROVED: Docket No. 05100031 ADLS Amend, West Carmel Marketplace, Best Buy Signage. The
Committee approved the signage, fa,ade, and spotlight three (3) in favor, one (I) opposed (Heber)
thereby granting the petition.

This is formal notification of addresses assigned to the project called Walnut Creek
Marketplace. The following are the addresses assigned to the project:

All tenant spaces in each building with have to utilize suite numbers in the I 00 series in
increments of 1 0, except for the big retail which could use increments of 20 fOf future
tenant space splits. The suite numbers will need to run left to right as you face the front of
the building. Please be sure there is sufficient signage along Michigan Road to signify the
location of the Marketplace Center.
Please keep this letter as proof of the addresses assigned, you will need to show it when
applying fOf permits with the City of Carmel. If you have any questions Or concerns feel
