items:
A. Two copies of a Plot Plan drawn to scale, which shall include:
1. Location and dimensions of the affected lot.
2. Location of the right-of-way line or lines of adjoining highways, streets,
alleys, and easements.
3. Existing structures and signs with corresponding size and setbacks.
4. Exact location of sign structure on lot with setbacks from all property
lines and street rights -of -way.
5. Information showing location of any signs and residential structures on
adjoining lots and their distance from the proposed sign.
B. Two copies of detailed structural plans showing an elevation of the proposed sign
with height, width, and depth dimensions, along with mechanical and electrical
specifications of the proposed sign.
6. CERTIFICATION:
I CERTIFY THAT THIS SIGN WILL BE ERECTED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH:

3. Northwest X-Ray in Mohawk Plaza Wooden sign to be placed beneath over -hang

4. Staley Sign Co. Tdower Finance, Woodland Shoppes, 1816" X 42" Green with
white background to be mounted on the building APPROVED
5. Earl of Blackburn, Inc., Mohawh Plaza, request for identification sign on
pole on Range Line Road. Sent to Plan Commission without a recommendation.

APPROVED.
9. Drs. Everly and Barbour in Keystone Square sent to Plan Commission without
recommendation.
10. Steak n Shake Approved 2 directional signs for the dining area and 2 signs
for the curb service area. Awning signs not approved.
11. Carmel Dad Is Club recommend the the lighting and signs as they now stand
be approved.
12. Pasqual's Pizza, Keystone Square. recommends• the,.petition be approved as
presented without curb cuts on 116th Street. ,
13. Dunkin Donuts, Keystone Square , recommends petition be approved as presented
providing there be no ;curb cuts on 116th Street.
Marsh objected to approval of the petitions of Dunkin Donuts & Pasquale's
Pizza because they do not conform to the original layout of'the Shopping
Center.
14, MCDonald's on W Main Street, Committee recommends approval of the Architectural
design and signs as presented. They recommend a Special Exception be granted.
The lighting is to be looked at a later date.
