needed for the remainder of the State
Release. That release will include
completion of the entire building
shell and the will include the finish
of 1 of the units. That unit will be
the offices for the Hamilton County
Visitors Center.
--The remainder of the interior finishes
will be pulled as separate permits
per unit.
--PROJECT DETAILS: Wood truss systems,
floor and roof. Flat Roof. Fully
sprinklered building. Parapets are
part of roof system. Panelized
construction. Builder is aware they
need to contact Morris Hensley.

This pennit is valid only if construction commences within one (I) year of the date of issuance of the State Commercial Design Release. All construction
must be completed (C/O issued) within two (2) years of the issuance date.

requested by this application will comply with, and conform to, all applicable laws of the State of Indiana, and the ~Zoning Ordinance of Carmel Indiana - J993~
