1. Sigi application for Robert J. Lynch Co., located at 210 E. Main Street,
filed by Robert J.Lynch. Three (3) other offices to be listed on the
bottom of the proposed sign. The colors are blue and gold with
lighting from the ground with flood lights on each side, fifteen (15)
feet set -bask applied for. Mr. Lynch stated he would hermit no other
sign. NOTE: Setback changed to twenty (20) feet from the property
line or, Mein Street or N. right-of-way line of State Road 234.
Lighting to be approved by the Building Commissioner, but lighting
can be no greater than 100 Watts.

ocated at 10222 N. Michigan Road, Clay Townshin. Filed and
represented by James R. Cunningham. Sign to be governed by a s'_xty-
(60) foot eet-back of an Improvement Location. Permit. Sign is
,internally lighted, twenty-four (94) ecuare feet. The top is
eight feet Above ra.de, and is lighted on the back sides with
4-72 T 12 Fluorescent tubes 12cu. No flashing lights. Recommended
approval as stated and shown, nubject to a sixty (60) foot set -back
as per the existing Improvement Location Ordinance.

Plan Commission for a Nursery School, located on Lot No. 180 - 181,
in Orin Jessup Addition in Home Place. Filed and represented by
Rachel Cohen. Signs: Approved with following stipulations:
no lights with a minimum of a ten (10) foot set -back.
Architectural Design: Lot 180 - 181, one (1) additionr_1 parking space
is necessary. The Architectural Design approved as submitted with
addition of the one (1) parking space.
Special 'Exception: Recommended approval to the Board of Zoning Appeals.

4. Honda Sales represented by Bruce Van Cauwenbergh. General Discussion:
113 foot frontage - 50 foot building. Is going to request a variance
to the 30 foot green belt on the North. 110 Mot plans available at
this time. No track is to be used for the running of the motor cycles.
NOTE: Ask Tom Schellenberger to report to the Plan Commission on
November 21, 1972. There is a drainage problem. Marsh advised
we take a good look at the drainage.
