Petitioner seeks a Developmental Standards Variance of Section 25.2.2 of the Carmel/Clay
Zoning Ordinance to allow an increase in the allowable height of a fence from 6 feet to 8 feet.
The site is located at 10853 Sedgemoor Circle within the Bridlebourne Subdivision. The site
is zoned S-1/residence.
