Petitioner seeks Use Variance approval to construct a communications rower. The site is
located at 750 East 106th Street (just east and north of the intersection of 106th Street and
College Avenue). The site is zoned 8-2/business.

Petitioner is appealing the decision of the Director of the Department of Community
Services. The Department has determined that the proposed tower is neither a permitted
use nor a special use within this zoning distract The site is located at 750 East 106th
Street (just east and north of the intersection of 106th Street and College Avenue). The
site is zoned B-2/business.
