All installations shall be "aDen trench" inspected and approved bv the Carmel Sewer Department before any backfilline is done. Non- compliance may result in digging up the sewer installalion and/or denial of future sewer permits and/or denial of water connections. No footing or foundation drains or othcr sourecs of ground water or storm waler shall bc pcrmitted to enler the public sewer. Sewer inspections should be reauested at (317) 57] -2648 one to four hours in advance. No inspections or installations will be made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays unless arrangements are made at least 24 hours in advance.
