My wife, Kumiko Brunson, and I have owned this property since late '97. It housed our insurance agency for several years and is currently being used as a residential income property. It currently lies within the boarders of the recent "Home Place Overlay District". It is our opinion that a rezone to accommodate a small professional office (B-5) would better serve the needs of the Home Place community . The property has been well maintained and no structural changes are intended at this time, although we are willing to comply with any requirements needed to affect this request.
