PZ-2022-00057 V: Teter Patio Setback Variance Dear Mr. Teter: At the meeting held on Monday, April 25, 2022, the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Development Standards Variance (V) request filed by you for the property located at 10364 Orchard Park Dr. W.: APPROVED with Condition, Teter Patio Setback Variances, Development Standards Variance approvals for: • Docket No. PZ-2022-00057 V: Minimum 10-ft side yard setback allowed, 0-ft granted, and • Condition: The Petitioner receives approval from the Carmel Building Department. Please be advised that per Article 9.15 of the Unified Development Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards Variance approval is valid for three (3) years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 25, 2025. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
