RE: Lot 32 C Little Fanns
To Whom It May Concern:
This is in response to a copy of an inspector review that we have received at Augusta Homes for
lot 31 - C Little Fanns or what we call is Clay Commons. This home is one of twenty units or 10
buildings that will be all of the same building/unit. I am addressing separate issues with other
inspectors as we our asking for permits on 32-C and 33-C all at the same time.
Included are:
. Truss layout copies included
. Footings will be installed with Rebar per plan
. Crawl space access to be built at a minimum of 18 x 24
. Floor joist span - this has been revised on new print showing 2 x 10 I-joist 16" O.c.
. Bandboard insulation will be installed at R-22
. Sump pump is shown on print.
. Anchor bolts to be installed as specified
. All other items as noted to be done by builder
Hopefully this information will allow you to process the building permit so we can begin
construction without delay. If you have any questions, please contact me at any ofthe numbers
