There isn’t a monument sign at Old Meridian and Grand Blvd. Monument at Old Meridian and Providence Blvd: Existing landscape plan will include annuals as we do every year. I will have our landscaper draw up a plan. Monument at Old Meridian and Carmel Dr: Landscaper to draw up a plan and will have completed this spring. I will send over full plans once I have them. It looks great! What I will need added when you submit this for a permit application (update) are the dimensions of the areas marked by the yellow rectangles (front and side). This is how we calculate the Sign Area, so I need the height and width of each of those spaces. I will also need a specific landscape plan for this, I know there is an existing mulch bed there and in the past flowers, but since this is a new monument the application requires a dedicated plan. As I mentioned before, fees will be assessed, but only as far as the difference in square footage between the old and new signs. You will need to submit letters of approval (or signatures) as part of the sign permit requirements. We also need a commitment to make sure the other monument sign (the one on the corner of Old Meridian and Grand Blvd) has the landscaping area done, since our planners have noticed it has not been done per the permits issued.
