All parking areas and storm infrastructure will be re-used. A new building with limited additional parking areas and updated detention facilities are the extent of new construction. Additional Comments: The existing site is heavily screened with mature trees. Most trees will remain, but some will be removed along the west property line to allow for new construction. New trees will replace those trees needed to be removed. All trees in the front and side yards will remain. This site and all adjacent parcels are zoned B-8.
