Our stage construction consists of 4 parts

3' High Shoring Frame 4' Wide
Shoring frames are ideally suited for supporting heavy loads. Each leg can safely support up to 10,000
lbs.
Weight: 34LB
Tube Specifications:
Legs: 2-3/8" O.D. (.154 wall thickness)
Rungs: 1-5/8" O.D. (.090 wall thickness)
Note: All 4' wide shoring frames are measured center to center.
Cross Braces

Tubing Specifications:
All cross braces are fabricated from 1" O.D. galvanized steel tubing with .073" wall thickness.
Cross braces are used to brace the frames with drop locks.
Top Bracket
Our specially designed top bracket was fabricated by wielding 4 1/8in cuts of Angle Iron on to the bottom
of a standard 8” Shoring Base Plate. The use of the bracket is to be placed on top of each shoring frame
to secure the stage platforms.

Our platform is constructed from standard 2x4 wall studs with standard ¾” plywood on top of the platform
Standard 2x4 cross braces are located at minimum of 3 locations under the plywood platform ( extra
studs are located on several platforms)

Final Stage
Scaffolding is assembled
Bracket is placed on top of stage (secured with pin as needed)
Platform is placed on top of brackets (shims are placed as needed)
1 platform on frame
Extra center supports are placed on full stage a 2x4 never spans more than 4ft
unsupported
Full 12’x24’x3’ 4 ½” stage with rail
