NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFOR
CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Carmel Plan Commission ("Com
on the 15th day of May, 2001, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers, Sec nd Floor, City
Hall, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032, will hold a Public Hearing upon an application for
Architectural Design, Lighting and Signage Approval ("ADLS Applicatinn") idenified as Docket
No. 46-01-ADLS. The Applicant is seeking ADLS approval to make improvements and renovations
to the buildings located upon the Real Estate generally located on the northeast co er of Keystone
Avenue and 96th Street and is legally described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
The Real Estate is zoned B-3 under the Zoning Ordinance of the City of C rmel, Indiana.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above Applicjtion, either in
writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and place.
A copy of the Application and Plans are on file for examination at the Office of the
Department of Community Services, One Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032.
