Discovered at issuance that we had
informed builder that fee was $0.30
over what actual cost was. SNL asked
builder, Randall S. Shaffer, if he could
alter the check to reflect the correct
amount. Mr. Shaffer then stated he
preferred if we just changed our records
to up the fee amount to match the check.
He said 'I don't care' about paying 30
cents more. SNL therefore updated the
fees due from $2319.20 to $2319.50.
