RE: 510 Re-Plat and Waiver Requests
Dear Joe,
This is Dan Elisha and I reside at 410 1st Ave. NW and I am writing in support of the 510
Re-Plat and Waiver requests. I have known Tommy Lazzara and his family for years. I believe that
Tommy’s team at Custom Living will provide two lucky people the opportunity to live in
Downtown Carmel and enjoy all it has to offer like me. Adding two new families to the
neighborhood will be a benefit to the continued vibrance of Downtown and his Construction team
will provide the quality and craftsmanship that will continue to improve property values.
