Materials to be submitted:
o 16 site location maps showing: Location of site, adjacent zoning,
adjacent land uses, existing local transportation system. (81 x 11)
o 16 copies of 81" x 11" site plans.
o Two full-size copies of engineering site plan showing: Storm
sewer system, any on-site retention/detention areas, proposed
structure with dimensions, setbacks dimensioned, accessory
buildings, parking lot curbs (full-depth concrete curbs), walks,
loading areas, trash enclosures, signage location and any other
necessary site features.
o Two complete sets of building elevations including: Indication
of materials and colors, signage location; dimensions, colors and
type of construction.
o Two copies of a landscape plan showing: Location of plant
material, name and number of plants and size at planting.
o Two copies of a lighting plan showing: Location of light standards,
light spread -- cannot exceed .01 foot candles at property line,
and light fixture details.
o Two copies of a signage plan showing: Location of proposed signage
(if not shown elsewhere) and sign details.
o Any other necessary supporting information.
