RE: Docket No. PZ-2022-00001 DP/ADLS: Culver’s
Dear Mr. Shinaver,
The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its on May 17, 2022 meeting regarding design approval for a
for new Culver’s restaurant. The site is located at 431 E. Carmel Drive. It is zoned B-8/Business and is not located in any
overlay zone.
APPROVED with Conditions: PZ-2022-00001 ADLS Amend: 421 S. Rangeline - Building Addition
• The Petitioner will make monetary commitment to the Non-Reverting Thoroughfare Fund for the cost to
design and build the required asphalt path along the Carmel Drive frontage, the amount to be coordinated
with and approved by the Engineering Dept.
• The Petitioner finalizes the review process in ProjectDox
In order to assist the Department’s review, please attach a copy of this letter when submitting application for any permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
