FROM: VERIDUS GROUP, INC. SUBJECT: ISLAMIC LIFE CENTER REVISED – TAC REVIEW DATE: MAY 18, 2022 CC: OWNER ARCHITECT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT PURPOSE The Islamic Life Center project has been revised to accommodate a wet pond rather than a dry pond as part of the stormwater management strategy in order to eliminate the retaining wall along the west side of the property line. In response to the wet pond, the finished floor has been raised so that the basement (lower level) finished floor elevation is at least one foot above the wet pond normal pool. Associated site elements such as sidewalks, accessible routes, parking stairs and ramps have been provided as needed to reflect the revised floor plan. Some minor modifications have occurred to the sanitary and storm sewer networks to accommodate the revised building elevation. We do not anticipate any adverse impacts to public rights-of-way or adjacent parcels as a result of this change.
