Dear Mr. Shahbahrami:
At the meeting held Monday, March 27,2006, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Appeal (A) filed by you for the property located at 10506 Combs Avenue, Indianapolis, IN.
APPROVED: Docket No. 05120005 A: Appeal to the Board's denial for minimum lot size with the commitment
that all-brick two-story townhomes will be built. This approval reverses the Board's denial of Development
Standards Variance 05080038 V.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have
been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is March 27, 2007.
