IT IS THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO REMOVE OR RELOCATE ALL ITEMS WHICH INTERFERE NEW CONSTRUCTION. 9.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE AN ADDITIONAL 12" OF SOIL BELOW PROPOSED STONE BASE UNDER ALL NEW PAVEMENT.
