I am the Petitioner in the above-captioned application for a development standards (zoning) variance
pertaining to a proposed garage construction at 3508 E. Carmel Drive, Carmel, IN 46033.
I would like to have this matter tabled until the March, 2006 agenda of the BZA. Therefore, I do not intend to
make my presentation to the Board on February 27,2006, as originally scheduled.
Please advise me by return email if this change presents any inconvenince to the Board or if tabling this matter
to March will prejudice my application in any way or cause me to have to duplicate filings, notices or fees made or
paid thus far.
