All installations shall be "ooen trench" insoected and aomoved bv the Cannel Sewer Deoartment before any backfilling is done. Non- compliance may result in digging up the scwer installation and/or denial of future sewer permits and/or denial of water connections. No footing or foundation drains or other sources of ground water or storm water shall be permitted to enter the public sewer. Sewer insoeetions should be requested at (317) 571-2648 one to four hours in advance. No inspections or installations will be made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays unless arrangements are made at least 24 hours in advance. All plumbers or contractors installing sewer (or water) lines shall have a plumbers bond posted with the CITY ENGINEER'S OFF1CE.
