Attached please find Drees Homes' revised plans for Stafford Lane.
Following the March 30, 2006, Subdivision Committee meeting, and in order to
address the Committee's and neighbors' comments, Drees has revised its plan to
move its north entrance to the east and its east stub road to the north. The plan
revisions also resulted in lowering the number of home sites from fifty-one (51) to
fifty (50). Drees Homes looks forward to discussing these revisions with you at
the upcoming Committee meeting.
