The northwest and northeast corners of Said Section 2, and southeast corner of seection 34, township 18 north, range 3 east. Due to construction the county ties have been removed marking the northeast corner of said section 2. The southeast corner of said section 34 was used to establish the north line of said section 2. The establishment of said SE corner of said section 34 was completed using the published coordinates compared to the other found monuments. Monuments were found at all deed corners and shown on the face of the survey. All monuments were found to be within postional accuracy of plotted deed calls. This survey was completed with benifit of a previous survey by Civil Designs, LLP and dated February 22, 2005. This survey was completed using Topcon SR RTK Rover and Topcon PS Robotic Station. The coordinate system using to complete the survey was the Indiana Geospatial Coordinate System Hamilton County and site was moved and rotated to deed bearings. SURVEYOR'S REPORT This is a retracement survey of a +/- 2.356 acre tract of real estate which is a part of the real estate described in Instr. 9817163 recorded in the Morgan County, Indiana Recorder's Office. The tract lies within the Northwest Quarter of Section 2 Township 17 North Range 3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana.
