COMPLETELY REMOVE WALL COVERINGS AND FINISHES WHICH PREVENT THE INSTALLATION OF NEW FINISHES. PATCH AND REPAIR TO ACCEPT NEW FINISH. 9. COMPLETELY REMOVE MECHANICAL DIFFUSERS, GRILLES, RTU, AHU, AND DUCTS, EXCEPT AS NOTED IN THESE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. 10. COMPLETELY REMOVE MERCHANDISE FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT. 11. SALVAGE RIGHTS BELONG TO GC. 12. COMPLETELY REMOVE UNUSED EQUIPMENT, WIRING, ETC. FROM WITHIN THE TENANT PREMISES. 13. COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES AND CAP ALL PIPING, PER MECHANICAL. 14. LL TO INSURE SPACE IS FREE OF ASBESTOS. IN THE EVENT ASBESTOS IS FOUND IN THE LEASED PREMISES, THE GC IS TO CONTACT THE ARCHITECT AND LANDLORD IMMEDIATELY.
