finished floor e1ewtions be at least two feet (2') abow the normal
pool elevation of any odpining bodies of woter, unless (I study of facts
reveals otherwise. If during the excavation process any ground water is
witnessed, The Schneider Corporot!..on should be notified immediately.
The basement elevation should be raised two feet (2') above-the ground
water, and additional construction techniques should be incorporated to
alleviate future problems.
