2i. Commission to consider Docket No. 102-87 ADLS Signage Application for One
Meridian Plaza located at 10585 N. Meridian. Petitioner wishes to establish a
new sign package for One Meridian Plaza. Site is zoned B-5, and located at the
south east corner of Meridian Street and 106th Street, Clay Township.

3i. Commission to consider Docket No. 107-87 ADLS, Signage Application for Three
Meridian Plaza located at 10333 N. Meridian. Petitioner wishes to establish a
new sign package for Three Meridian Plaza. Site is zoned B-5 and located at the
northeast corner of Meridian Street and 103rd Street, Clay Township.

Both 2i and 3i were presented together.
Mr. David Coots made the presentation.
In addition to the sign package for the ground sign and entry signs there are
proposed the same color identification signs on the building. Those plans have been
submitted to Mr. Kiphart's office.
Mr. Coots asked to combine these petitions and refer them to the Industrial and
Commercial Committee as submitted.
These items were sent to Industrical and Commercial committee for review on
December 1, 1987 at City Meeting Hall.
4i. Commission to consider Docket No. 109-87 ADLS Architectural Design Lighting
and Signage Application for the Jenn Corille Inn located at 568 E. Carmel Drive.
Petitioner request signage approval and approval for a change in the lighting
plan. Site is zoned B-8, Carmel, IN.
Filed by Mr. John J. Schmidt for Mr. Louis Jenn.
John Schmidt made presentation for a sign 272" in height by 13' in length which
complies with the sign ordinance. The sign will be approximately 12' off the ground in
front of the building and with internally illuminated letters installed on top of a
fabricated aluminum raceway. The letter channels are fabricated aluminum and finished
with a MAP coating. The letters are 25" in thickness out of red plexy glass.
A picture of the sign was shown.
The lighting standards location change was shown.
Mr. Boone moved to suspend the rules.
Seconded by Mr. O'Neal.
The motion was carried.
Mr. Boone moved to approve with the assurances of the Director of Community
Development.
Mr. O'Neal seconded.
The motion carried unanimously.
5i. Commission to consider Docket No. 104-87 SP Secondary Plat Application for
Newark Village consisting of 3 lots on 3 acres, site is zoned R-Z located at the
Northwest corner of Pawnee and Winona, Carmel, IN.
Filed by Mr. Larry Dunkerly.
This item was tabled for lack of proper notice.
6i. Commission to consider Docket No. 106-87 SP Secondary Plat Application for Wood
Park Subdivision consisting of 55 lots on 20 acres located south of 116th and
east of College. Site is zoned R-1.
Filed by Mr. Dean Ziegler.
Mr. Ziegler and Chris White, of Paul I. Cripe, Inc. , were present.
Mr. Davis moved to approve the Secondary Plat Application.
