Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 17 North, Range 4 East In
Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West line of the said Quarter Section and the
center of Carmel Creek, which lies South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds (assumed
bearing) 517 feet, more or less, from the Northwest corner thereof; thence Easterly
and Northeasterly along the meandering center of Carmel Creek to the West line of a
tract of real estate conveyed to Merle and Josephine Delph by Warranty Deed recorded
in Deed Record 166 on page 256 In the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds along the said West line 10
feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of said tract; thence North 89 degrees 18
minutes 16 seconds East along the South line of said tract 200.00 feet (deed) 199.91
feet (measured) to the Southwest corner of Lot #2 in Woodland Golf Club Subdivision,
