PLUM CREEK PARTNERS, LLC, - RIVERVIEW MEDICAL PARK, PARCEL 2
Plum Creek Partners, LLC ("Plum Creek") is the owner and developer of Parcel 2
of Riverview Medical Park located one property East of the Southeast comer of 146th
Street and Hazel Dell Parkway. Parcel 2 is zoned PUD and is subject to the Development
Plan and Architectural Design, Lighting, Landscaping, and Signage ("ADLS") approval
of the Carmel Plan Commission ("Commission"). Plum Creek has filed for the
Commission's review and approval of the Development Plan and ALDS Applications for
a 9,500 square foot medical office building. The plans that had been filed with the
Commission are in compliance with the PUD District requirements. The building design
is consistent with the design of the buildings located on Parcels 1 and 3, which were
previously approved by the Commission.
